Lazy Sundays are the perfect days to indulge in the best sweet treats. A walk down Sunset Drive is a great way to spend a day with the family checking out the shops and, of course, the food.

If you’re looking for a place to  eat or have dessert, Chocolate Fashion is a French bakery and cafe that offers a breakfast, lunch, and pastries. The service is impeccable, and although the place is small, the atmosphere makes it cozy and family friendly. Brunch is their busiest time, so come early and with an appetite. If you’re just looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, you can pass by and enjoy their many desserts or pastries.

If you’re looking for less of a sit-down affair, and more of a quick indulgence, I recommend Le Macaron Miami. This small, but bright shop specializes in what else? Authentic French Macarons. A macaron is basically  fluffy filling (buttercream, marmalade, or ganache) sandwiched between two light and slightly crispy cookies. They really taste like no other dessert, not overwhelmingly sweet and extremely delicate, these cookies are a crowd pleaser. The colors are eye-catching and the flavors are endless, from chocolate to white-chocolate basil, there is something for every palate.
